KESIMPULAN
• Dari proses menganalisis kebutuhan dan
ketersediaan kompetensi SDM dalam suatu
perusahaan/organisasi, akan diketahui competency
gap yang ada. Maka selanjutnya dapat diketahui
kebutuhan training dari SDM pada suatu jabatan
tertentu dlm suatu perushaan/organisasi .

• Maka akan dpt ditentukan secara efektif dan efisien,


siapa pada posisi apa, yg membutuhkan jenis
pelatihan apa.
