information for people
(pengumuman adalah pemberitahuan baik itu secara lisan maupun tulis yang
ditujukan kepada orang lain mengenai suatu informasi tertentu)

• Social function : to give information formally to others of certain events

or news
(untuk memberi informasi secara formal kepada orang lain mengenai acara atau
berita tertentu)
