ABSTRAK
Kopi robusta lebih resisten terhadap serangan hama dan penyakit. Kopi peaberry
merupakan kopi berbiji tunggal. Kopi mengandung senyawa flavonoid dan alkaloid yang
tergolong antioksidan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kandungan dan kadar alkaloid
dan flavonoid pada biji kopi robusta (Coffea canephora) tunggal (Peaberry) dari Pagar Alam.
Hasil rata-rata kadar alkaloid total biji kopi robusta tunggal 2,45%. Hasil rata-rata kadar
flavonoid biji kopi robusta tunggal 8,62%.

ABSTRACT
Robusta coffee was more resistant from bug and diseases. Peaberry coffee was a single
bean. Coffee was contain flavonoid and alkaloid which were classified as antioxidants. This
study aimed to determine alkaloid content and flavonoid content of the robusta peaberry bean
from Pagar The result showed that the average content of alkaloid total is 2,45% . Alam and the
average content of flavonoid total is 8,62% .
