Seksio sesarea merupakan proses yang dilakukan tindakan pembedahan berupa irisan di perut
ibu (laparatomi) dan rahim (histerektomi) untuk mengeluarkan bayi . Seksio sesarea bisa
dilakukan apabila terjadi indikasi Plasenta previa sentralis dan leteralis (posterior), Panggul
sempit, Disproporsi sefalovik, Rupture uteri mengancam, Partus lama (prolonged labor),
Partus tak maju, Distosia serviks, Pre-eklamsia pada ibu, malpresentasi janin, letak lintang,
letak bokong dan presentasi dahi dan muka Tujuan peneltian ini untuk memantau monitoring
cairan pada pasien post op sectio caesarea atas indikasi plasenta previa . penelitian ini
merupakan penelitian dalam bentuk deskriptif dan dijadikan dengan metode narasi yang
terdiri dari data primer dan data sekunder dan dilakukan pada Ny.Ro dan Ny.Um Tekhnik
pengambilan data yaitu dengan mengambil dua orang responden. Hasil penelitian
menunjukan bahwa teknik monitoring cairan terbukti efektif dalam menstabilkan kondisi
dimana pada pasien post op section caesarea atas indikasi plasenta previa di RSUD dr. Drajat
prawiranegara serang yakni pada pasien kesatu menyebabkan pendarahan pervagina selama 2
hari sekitar 500cc sedangkan pasien kedua yaitu menyebabkan pendarahan di jalan lahir dan
janin yang berhenti sekitar jam 10.00 wib dan kesimpulan nya yaitu memantau tetesan infus
kepada pasien supaya kondisi pasien nya supaya lebih membaik dan memberikan
kenyamanan pada pasien dan mampu mentsabilkan konidisi dimana pasien post oprerasi
section caesarea di RSUD dr. Drajat prawiranegara serang.penerapan monitoring cairan untuk
menstabilkan kondisi pada pasien op section caesarea dapat dilakukan sesuai dengan SOP
agar tidak hanya terpaku pada penanganan secara farmakologis saja.

Cesarean section is a surgical procedure in which a cut in the mother's abdomen and uterus
(hysterectomy) is performed to remove the baby. Cesarean section can be done if there are
indications of central and lateral (posterior) placenta previa, narrow pelvis, cephalovic
disproportion, threatening uterine rupture, prolonged labor (prolonged labor), non-
progressive labor, cervical dystocia, maternal preeclampsia, fetal malpresentation, fetal
position latitude, breech position and forehead and facial presentation. The aim of this study
was to integrate fluid monitoring in post-operative cesarean section patients with indications
of placenta previa. This research is a research in the form of a description and is made using a
narrative method consisting of primary data and secondary data and is carried out on Mrs. Ro
and Mrs. Um. The data collection technique is by taking two respondents. The results showed
that the fluid monitoring technique was proven to be effective in conditions where the post-op
caesarean patient was indicated by placenta previa at dr. The degree of prawiranegara attacks,
namely in the first patient causing vaginal bleeding for 2 days around 500cc, while the second
two causes are causes in the birth canal and the fetus stops around 10.00 am and the
conclusion is to unite the infusion to ensure the condition is better and provide a conclusion
that the patient is comfortable and able to stabilize the condition where the patient after
caesarean section in RSUD dr. The degree of prawiranegara attacks the application of fluid
monitoring for conditions in caesarean section patients can be carried out according to SOPs
so that they do not only pay attention to pharmacological treatment.
