Beberapa keterbatasan desain pekerjaan
yang diperluas :
• Higher capital cost (Biaya modal yang lebih tinggi)
• Many individuals prefer simple jobs (Individu mengingingkan
pekerjaan yang lebih sederhana)
• Higher wages are required since the worker must utilize a
higher level of skill. (dibutuhkan tingkat upah yang tinggi)
• A smaller labor pool exists of persons able and willing to
perform enriched or enlarged jobs. (ketersediaan tenaga kerja
menurun)
• Increased accident rates may occur. (peningkatan tingkat
kecelakaan).
• Current technology in some industries does not lend itself to job
enlargement and enrichment. (Teknologi tidak
