01. WANITA

Sistem reproduksi Wanita tersusun dari organ yang

terletak di dalam dan luar tubuh. Organ yang terletak di
dalam tubuh yaitu ovarium, tuba fallopi, uterus, dan
vagina. Organ yang terletak di luar tubuh, yaitu
vulva(pudendum).

ORGAN REPRODUKSI WANITA

1. TUBA FALLOPI (tuba uterine/oviduk) berjumlah sepasang dan berukuran Panjang 10

cm dengan diameter0.7 cm. tuba fallopi memiliki bagian INFUDIBULUM (ujung terbuka
berbentuk corong dengan fimbria untuk menyapu oosit(sel telur yang belum matang) yang
terovulasi), AMPULA (segmen tengah), dan ISMUS (segmen dekat uterus). Dinding tuba
memiliki epitel bersilia untuk menggerakan oosit menuju ke uterus

2. OVARIUM (indung telur) yang berfungsi sebagai tempat oogenesis serta menghasilkan
hormon estrogen dan progesteron. Struktur ovarium meliputi bagian-bagian berikut:
 KULIT(KORTEKS) terdiri atas tunika albuginea(epitel yang berbentuk kubus),
jaringan ikat stroma yang mengandung folikel primordial dan folikel graaf, serta sel-
sel Walthard.
 INTI(MEDULA) terdiri atas jaringan ikat storma yang berisi pembulu darah, serabut
saraf dan otot polos.

3. UTERUS merupakan organ tunggal berongga, berbentuk seperti buah pir terbalik yang
terletak diantara kandungan kemih dan rectum. Uterus berfungsi untuk memberi makan
dan menampung sel telur yang telah dibuahi sampai menjadi janin atau sampai siap
dilahirkan.

4. VAGINA merupakan tabung fibromuscular yang panjangnya sekitar 8-10cm. Dinding

vagina berlipat-lipat, elastis, dan dilapisi oleh epitel pipih berlapis banyak yang memiliki
reseptor untuk estrogen. Vagina berfungsi sebagai organ kopulasi serta jalan aliran
menstruasi dan jalan lahir bayi.

5. VULVA(PUDENDUM) adalah bagian luar alat kelamin wanita yang terdiri dari mons
pubis, labia major, labia minor,klitoris, vestibula, orifisium uretra dan mulut vagina
 B. HORMON KELAMIN WANITA
Hormon kelamin Wanita di produksi oleh ovarium, uterus,plasenta, hipofisis dan
hipotalamus

1. Estrogen
Dihasilkan oleh ovarium dan plasenta. Esterogen
berpengaruh pada pertumbuhan organ
reproduksi, kelenjar mamae, sekresi cairan pada
serviks yang memudahkan sperma masuk ke
uterus, dan proses kelahiran.
2. Progesteron
Dihasilkan oleh ovarium dan plasenta. Progesteron
berfungsi merangsang pertumbuhan endometrium
uterus untuk persiapan implementasi zigot,
menghambat kontraksi uterus, merangsang
pertumbuhan sel-sel alveolar kelenjar mamae,
meningkatkan viskositas mucus serviks sehingga
menghambat masuknya sperma dan sedikit
meningkatkan suhu tubuh

Kondisi ini dimulai ketika hipotalamus mengirimkan sinyal ke kelenjar pituitari dan melepas
zat kimia yang disebut dengan hormon pelepas gonadotropin (GnRH).
GnRH mendorong pelepasan hormon LH dan FSH. Hormon FSH yang dilepas pada fase ini
bertugas merangsang indung telur menghasilkan 5—20 kantong kecil yang disebut
folikel.

Sistem reproduksi laki-laki tersusun dari organ-organ yang terletak di
bagian luar dan dalam tubuh. Organ yang terletak di bagian luar yaitu
penis dan skrotum, sedangkan organ yang terletak di dalam tubuh
berupa saluran pengeluaran dan kelenjar yang menghasilkan hormon-
hormon kelamin

1. SKROTUM
Skrotum(kantong pelir) berupa kantong longgar dari kulit fasia(selaput
pembungkus otot), dan otot polos yang membungkus testis di luar tubuh.
Skrotum berjumlah sepasang dan dipisahkan oleh septum internal. Setiap
skrotum berisi satu testis. Fasia skrotum mengandung otot dartos yang mampu
berkontraksi membentuk kerutan sebagai respons terhadap udara dingin dan
rangsangan seksual. Skrotum mengandung otot kremaster yang berfungsi
mengatur suhu lingkungan testis beberapa derajat lebih rendah dari pada suhu
tubuh

2. TESTIS
Testis merupakan sepasang organ yang setiap testis dilapisi oleh tunika
albuginea, yaitu kapsul jaringan ikat yang merentang ke arah dalam
membentuk sekitar 250 lobulus. Di dalam lobulus, terdapat pitalan tubulus
seminiferous sebagai tempat terjadinya spermatogenesis. Di dalam tubulus
seminiferous, terdapat lapisan epitalium germinal yang mengandung sel-sel
batang, sel-sel Sertoli(berrfungsi memberikan nutrisi bagi spermatozoid) dan
sel-sel Leydig (berfungsi menyekresikan hormon androgen).

3. SALURAN
REPRODUKSI
Saluran reproduksi meliputi epididymis, saluran vas deverens, saluran ejakulasi dan
uretra.
a) Epididmis, terletak di sepanjang sisi belakang testis, serta berfungsi
menyimpan sperma(sekitar enam minggu) hingga menjadi dewasa, motil dan
fertile.selama eksitasi seksual, otot polos dinding saluran akan berkontraksi dan
mendorong sperma masuk ke vas deferens.
b) Saluran Vas Deferens, berupa saluran lurus kelanjutan dari epididymis yang
meninggalkan skrotum hingga mencapai rongga perut melalui kanalis inguinalis
menuju ke kantung semen(vesikula seminalis)
c) Saluran Ejakulasi, merupakan saluran pendek yang menerima sperma dari
vas deferens dan menyalurkan sekresi vesikula seminalis.
d) Uretra, merupakan saluran kelamin dari kantong semen dan saluran
pembuangan urine dari kandung kemih sampai ke ujung penis

4. KELENJAR
AKSESORIS
Kelenjar aksesoris meliputi vesikula seminalis, kelenjar prostat, dan kelenjar cowper
a) Vesikula Seminalis, merupakan kantong berkelok-kelok yang bermuara ke
dalam ductus ejakulatorius, serta menghasilkan cairan kental bersifat basa
yang kaya akan fruktosa untuk menutrisi dan melindungi sperma.
b) Kelenjar Prostat, terletak di bawah kandung kemih, menyelubungi uretra
bagian atas, serta menghasilkan cairan basa yang menyerupai susu yang akan
meningkatkan motilitas sperma.
c) Kelenjar Cowper, merupakan kenlenjar kecil dengan ukuran dan bentuk yang
menyerupai kacang polong, serta menghasilkan cairan yang bersifat basa yang
mengandung mucus untuk pelumas

5. PENIS
Penis terdiri atas tiga bagian yaitu akar, badan, dan glans penis. Penis berfungsi
sebagai organ kopulasi serta pengeluaran urine dan sperma.
