Pengertian Infeksi kulit adalah gangguan pada kulit
yang dapat disebabkan oleh
bakteri,virus,jamur,atau parasit
Penyebab dan Gejala Infeksi Kulit
disebabkan oleh Streptococcus
beta hemolyticus, Staphylococcus
aureus, serta bakteri jenis
mycobacterium seperti
Mycobacterium tuberculosis
(menyebabkan penyakit TBC kulit)

gejala yang muncul pada infeksi kulit

tergantung pada jenisnya. Namun,
pada umumnya, penderita infeksi
kulit mengalami luka atau ruam di
kulit yang dapat disertai gatal atau
nyeri.

A. Impetigo
Impetigo merupakan infeksi superfisial kulit yang disebabkan oleh
Stafilococcus,Streptococcus atau lebih dari satu jeni bakteri. terutama terjadi pada bayi
dan anak-anak. Gejala utama berupa luka merah yang terbentuk di sekitar hidung dan
mulut. Bakteri akan menyebabkan gejala setelah 4–10 hari berada pada kulit.

B. Selulitis
Selulitis merupakan infeksi bakteri pada jaringan subkutan yang pada orang-orang dengan
imunitas normal biasanya disebabkan oleh Streptococcus pyrogenes. Selulitis dapat cepat
menyebar. Kulit yang terkena akan bengkak dan merah dan mungkin panas dan lunak.
Tanpa pengobatan dengan antibiotik, selulitis dapat mengancam jiwa.

C. Folikulitis,Furunkel dan Karbunel
- Folikulitas merupakan infeksi Stafilococcu yang timbul dalam folikel rambut.
- Furunkel (bisul) merupakan inflamasi akut yang timbul dalam pada satu atau lebih folikel
rambut dan menyebar ke lapisan dermis di sekitarnya.
- Carbuncle terbentuk ketika satu atau beberapa folikel rambut terinfeksi. Carbuncle sering
terjadi di bagian belakang leher, bahu, atau paha. Karbunkel berisi nanah, tumbuh lebih
besar dan lebih menyakitkan sampai pecah dan mengering.

D. Otitis Eksterna
Otitis Eksterna merupakan peradangan saluran telinga bagian luar. Kondisi ini juga mengakibatkan
lingkungan lembap yang membantu pertumbuhan bakteri atau jamur.
Gejala utama berupa kemerahan di telinga bagian luar disertai hangat dan nyeri.

E. Fasitis Nekrotik
Penyebabnya adalah bakteri Streptococcus pyogenes,bakteri tersebut bereproduksi dengan cepat dan
melepaeskan racun,sekali di dalam tubuh. Racun ini merusak kulit,lemak,otot,jaringan yang membusuk
dan menjadi gangren. Penyakit pemakan daging terjadi ketika bakteri memasuki tubuh melalui retakan di
kulit. Gejala termasuk lepuh, demam, kelelahan, dan nyeri yang lebih parah daripada yang diperkirakan
dari luka yang tampak.

a. Pengambilan spesimen
Adalah mengambil spesimen atau sampel bahan pemeriksaan dari penderita dengan memperhatikan waktu
pengambilan,cara pengambilan,dan banyaknya sampel yang diambil.
- Jenis Spesimen : Usap lesi,Biopsi,Aspirat,Usap eksudatt,Kerokan kulit,Kerokan mukosa,hidung,Kerokan
jaringan kulit,Usap dasar lesi,slit skin smear.
- Kriteria pengambilan bahan mikrobiologi

A. Impetigo

Jerawat merupakan keadaan dimana pori-pori kulit tersebut tersumbat,sehingga muncul beruntusan serta abses yang
meradang dan terinfeksi.
F. Lepra
Lepra disebabkan oleh bakteri Mycobacterim Leprae,kulit tampak mengkerut dan telah akut bakterinya dapat
mengkonsumsi daging atau kulit.
G. Erisipelas
Erisipelas biasanya disebabkan oleh bakteri Sreptococcus grup a,bakteri yang sama yang menyebabkan radang
tenggorokan.
H. Otitis Eksterna
Otitis Eksterna merupakan peradangan saluran telinga bagian luar.
I. Fasitis Nekrotik
Penyebabnya adalah bakteri Streptococcus pyogenes,bakteri tersebut bereproduksi dengan cepat dan melepaeskan
racun,sekali di dalam tubuh. Racun ini merusak kulit,lemak,otot,jaringan yang membusuk dan menjadi gangren.
