Anamnesis dilakukan secara autoanamnesis dan alloanamnesis dari
Nenek pasien pada tanggal Selasa, 5 Desember 2023 di Puskesmas
Mandiraja 1.
Keluhan Utama

 Riwayat Gangguan Sekarang
Berdasarkan laporan dari keluarga kepada bidan desa Puskesmas Mandiraja 1,
pasien semalaman emosi yang sulit terkontrol dan rasa marah meledak-ledak
apabila tidak sesuai dengan keinginan secara tiba-tiba. Saat emosi marah sulit
dikendalikan, pasien seringkali membanting barang-barang disekitarnya dan
berkata kasar serta memaki keluarganya. Pasien juga mengatakan sebelumnya
sering mendengar suara-suara berisi suruhan untuk sholat, berbicara buruk
tentang dirinya, bahkan membisikkan bahwa dia tidak berguna yang berujung
pasien ingin bunuh diri.
 Riwayat Gangguan Sekarang

Suara-suara tersebut membuat pasien sangat ketakutan. Berdarakna keterangan

keluarga pasien, saat setelah sholat sholat dan selesai salam, pasien sering
menoleh kekanan dan kekiri secara terus menerus, kemudian ketika ditanya
pasien mengatakan ada yang mencolek-colek pundaknya. Menurut keluarga
pasien, semalaman pasien menangis dan tidak mau tidur. Pasien bisa melakukan
kegiatan sehari-hari seperti mandi dan makan secara normal.
 Riwayat Gangguan Sekarang

Sehari sebelumnya, pasien datang ke IGD Puskesmas Mandiraja 1 dikarenakan

perutnya sakit. Berdasarkan keterangan suami pasien, pasien merasakan perut
sakit seperti ini setelah makan mangga yang belum matang.
