A. Tujuan
Menguji bahan makanan yang mengandung amilum.
B. Alat dan Bahan
Alat
1. Kertas buram 2 lembar
2. Wadah untuk bahan makanan secukupnya
3. Pisau/cutter
Bahan
1. Lugol/betadin
2. Nasi putih secukupnya
3. Tahu mentah secukupnya
4. Mie instan secukupnya
5. Margarin secukupnya
6. Kemiri yang sudah dihaluskan secukupnya
7. Roti tawar secukupnya
8. Kentang secukupnya
9. Gula secukupnya
10. Tempe secukupnya
11. Tepung terigu secukupnya
C. Langkah Kerja
1. Siapkan kertas buram, kemudian buat 6 kotak besar seperti gambar di bawah ini!
Kemudian masing-masing kotak tulis dengan bahan makan yang akan diuji.

2. Letakkan bahan makan yang sudah disediakan secukupnya sesuai dengan kotak pada
kertas buram!
3. Teteskan lugol/betadin ke masing-masing bahan makan sebanyak 4 tetes.
4. Diamkan selama ± 5 menit.
5. Amati perubahan yang terjadi! Masukkan ke dalam tabel pengamatan!

2. Oleskan bahan makanan yang sudah disediakan secukupnya sesuai dengan kotak
pada kertas buram!
3. Diamkan selama ± 5 menit.
4. Amati perubahan yang terjadi! Masukkan ke dalam tabel pengamatan!
