AKTIVITI Guru bertanya kesihatan murid.
1. Guru berkongsi video dari YouTube permainan
ketinting.
2. Guru meminta murid melihat video yang dikongsi
dan meneliti cara melompat dengan sebelah kaki.
3. Murid diminta mem0buat ansur maju melompat.
4. Setiap fasa dalam melompat dirakam dan
digambarkan dengan jelas.
5. Guru memberi maklumbalas dan memberi motivasi
kepada murid untuk rajin melaksanakan tugasan di
rumah.
