 Issue Etik dalam Pelayanan Kebidanan

1) Isu adalah masalah pokok yang berkembang di masyarakat atau suatu lingkungan yang belum tentu benar, serta

membutuhkan pembuktian.

2) Issue etik dalam pelayanan kebidanan merupakan topik yang penting yang berkembang di masyarakat tentang nilai

manusia dalam menghargai suatu tindakan yang berhubungan dengan segala aspek kebidanan yang menyangkut

baik dan buruknya.

3) Issue moral adalah topik yang penting berhubungan dengan benar dan salah dalam kehidupan sehari – hari.
 Pengertian Etik
Etik ialah suatu cabang ilmu filsafat. Secara sederhana dapat dikatakan bahwa etik adalah disiplin yang mempelajari
tentang baik atau buruk sikap tindakan manusia. Etika merupakan bagian filosofis yang berhubungan erat dengan nilai
manusia dalam menghargai suatu tindakan, apakah benar atau salah, dan penyelesaiannya baik atau tidak (Jones, 1994)
Bentuk etik
a. Etika deskriptif, yang memberikan gambaran dan ilustrasi tentang tingah laku manusia ditinjau dari nilai baik dan
buruk serta hal-hal, mana yang boleh dilakukan sesuai dengan normaetis yang dianut oleh masyarakat.
b. Etika Normatif, membahas dan mengkaji ukuran baik buruktindakan manusia, yann biasanya dikelompokkan
menjadi:
1. Etika hukum
2. Etika khusus

Issue etik yang terjadi antara bidan dengan kiien, keluargadan masyarakat mempunyai huhungan erat dengan

nilaimanusia dalam menghargai suatu tindakan. Seorang bidandikatakan profesional jika mempunyai kekhususan

sesuaidengan peran dan fungsinya yang bertanggung jawabmenolong persalinan. Dengan demikian

penyimpangan etikmungkin saja akan terjadi dalam praktek kebidanan misalnyadalam praktek mandiri, bidan

yang bekerja di RS, RB atau institusi kesehatan lainnya. Dalam hal ini bidan yang praktekmandiri menjadi

pekerja yang bebas mengontrol dirinyasendiri. Situasi ini akan besar sekali pengaruhnya terhadap kemungkinan

terjadinya penyimpangan etik (Ristica dkk, 2014: 45).

sehingga menimbulkan salah pahaman.

Issue etika yang terjadi antara bidan dengan

tenaga medislainnya adalah perbedaan sikap

etika yang terjadi pada bidandengan tenaga

medis lainnya sehingga menimbulkan salah

pahaman (Ristica dkk, 2014 : 48-49).

 Isu Etik antara Bidan dan Organisasi Profesi

Isu etik yang terjadi antara bidan dan

organisasi profesi adalah suatu topik masalah

yang menjadi bahan pembicaraan antara bidan

dengan organisasi profesi karena terjadinya

suatu hal-hal yang menyimpang dari aturan-

aturan yang telah ditetapkan (Purwoastuti dkk,

2015 : 111).

KEBIJAKAN
 Pengertian Politik

Perkataan politik berasal dari bahasa Yunani yaitu Polistaia, Polis berarti kesatuan

masyarakat yang mengurus diri sendiri/berdiri sendiri (negara), sedangkan taia berarti

urusan. Dari segi kepentingan penggunaan, kata politik mempunyai arti yang berbeda-

beda. Untuk lebih memberikan pengertian arti politik disampaikan beberapa arti politik

dari segi kepentingan penggunaan, yaitu:

a. Dalam arti kepentingan umum (politics)

b. Dalam arti kebijaksanaan (Policy)

 Pengaruh Politik dalam kesehatan
Penentuan kebijakan di bidang kesehatan memang merupakan sebuah sistem yang tidak lepas dari
keadaan disekitarnya yaitu politik. Oleh karena itu, kebijakan yang dihasilkan merupakan produk dari
serangkaian interaksi elit kunci dalam setiap proses pembuatan kebijakan termasuk tarik-menarik
kepentingan antara aktor, interaksi kekuasaan, alokasi sumber daya dan bargaining position di antara elit
yang terlibat. Proses pembentukan kebijakan tidak dapat menghindar dari upaya individual atau kelompok
tertentu yang berusaha mempengaruhi para pengambil keputusan agar suatu kebijakan dapat lebih
menguntungkan pihaknya. Semua itu, merupakanmanifestasi dari kekuatan politik (power) untuk
mempertahankan stabilitas dankepentingan masing-masing aktor. Bahkan tak jarang terjadi pula
intervensi kekuasaan dan tarik-menarik kepentingan politis dari pemegang kekuasaan atau aktor yang
memiliki pengaruh dalam posisi politik.
Hubungan politik terhadap kesehatan

Politik kesehatan adalah kebijakan negara di bidang kesehatan. Yakni kebijakan publik yang didasari oleh

hak yang paling fundamental, yaitu sehat merupakan hak warga negara. Sehingga dalam pengambilan

keputusan politik khususnya kesehatan berpengaruh terhadap kesehatan masyarakat sebaliknya politik

juga dipengaruhi oleh kesehatan dimana jika derajat kesehatan masyarakat meningkat maka akan

berpengaruh pada kesejahteraan masyarakat
