Bahan:
300 beras ketan, rendam dalam air selama kurang lebih 2 jam
175 ml air
2 lembar daun pandan
250 ml santan
1/2 sdt garam
250 gram gula merah

Cara Membuat:
1. Kukus beras ketan selama kurang lebih 20 menit sampai mekar. Sisihkan.
2. Rebus air dan daun pandan sampai mendidih.
3. Masukkan ketan dan masak sambil terus diaduk sampai meresap.
4. Kukus beras ketan 15 menit sampai 3/4 matang.
5. Angkat dan dinginkan.
6. Rebus santan, gula merah, dan garam sampai larut dan mengental.
7. Masukkan ketan kukus.
8. Masak di atas api kecil sambil terus diaduk sampai meresap.
9. Tuang wajik di atas loyang yang sudah dialasi dengan daun pisang atau plastik.
10. Padatkan dan dinginkan.
11. Potong sesuai selera.

pancake milo
Bahan:
125 gram tepung terigu
1 sachet susu milo
160 ml air
1 butir telur
2 sdm mentega cair
3 sdm gula
1/2 sdt garam
1/2 sdt baking soda

Cara Membuat:
1. Campurkan semua bahan kering di satu mangkuk.
2. Kocok telur di wadah lain sampai berbusa dan tambahkan air.
3. Kocok lagi dan masukkan bahan kering.
4. Aduk sampai tak ada yang menggumpal.
5. Masukkan mentega cair.

6. Panaskan teflon.
7. Masak pancake sampai matang.
8. Susun pancake dan beri topping sesuai dengan selera.

Bahan:
3 butir telur
1 sdt TBM
1 sdt baking powder
3 sdm nutella
150 gram gula pasir
1 sdt vanili bubuk
200 gram tepung terigu
3 sdm minyak sayur

Cara Membuat:
1. Masukkan telur, gula, TBM, dan nutella, mixer dengan kecepatan tinggi sampai adonan kental.
2. Ayak terigu, baking powder, dan bubuk vanilli.
3. Masukkan dalam adonan telur sedikit demi sedikit.
4. Turunkan kecepatan mixer.
5. Tambahkan minyak sayur.
6. Aduk rata.
7. Olesi panci rice cooker dengan mentega sampai rata.
8. Tuang adonan ke dalam panci rice cooker.
9. Masak dalam rice cooker sampai matang.
10. Bolu siap disajikan.

Bahan:
1 butir telur
1 butir putih telur
150 gram gula pasir
125 gram terigu protein sedang
1/4 sdt baking soda
1/4 sdt vanili
1 sdm margarin cair
1 sachet kopi instan

Cara Membuat:
1. Mixer telur dan gula sampai mengembang dengan kecepatan tinggi.

2. Masukkan terigu dan baking soda, aduk sebentar dengan kecepatan rendah. Matikan mixer.
3. Masukkan vanili dan kopi instan dan aduk rata dengan spatula.
4. Tambahkan margarin cair dan aduk rata lagi.
5. Olesi panci rice cooker dengan sedikit minyak
6. Tuang adonan dalam panci.
7. Masak 3-4 kali hingga matang.
8. Angkat dan dinginkan.
9. Keluarkan dari panci dan potong-potong.

Progress which have been done on SPJ:

@ 14:00 Witness take Oil Sample from Export Manifold, result satisfactory (1% water)
@ 14:10 Witness take Oil Ullage sounding alongwith SPJ Chief Officer, result some tank (2C, 4C, 6C, 7C) high viscosity.
@ 14:12 Commence running Boiler for heating Cargo.
@ 15:30 Take Oil Ullage, result only tank 6C still high viscosity (for 6C is Production tanks).
@ 17:30 Boiler stop running then take ullage tank 6C, result still high viscosity.

@ 19:15 Take ullage tank 6C, result Cargo viscosity normal (MMC can touch bottom), but Produce Water is increased quantity.
We must heating cargo tomorrow morning and do Stripping to get more accurate quantity of Net Oil.

Current Tank condition, as follow:

Net Oil = 200,00 BBLS

@ 10:50 Oyong #4 Choke Up from 60/64 to 80/64. Gas Lift Injection 1.5 mmscfd.
@ 10:55 Oyong #9 choke up from 90/64 to 100/64.
@ 11:00 Oyong #5 choke down from 179/64 to 120/64. Decreased Gas Lift Injection from 2.2 to 2.0 mmscfd.

Dear All,

Below are some actions that will be executed today for production optimisation:

1.Oyong#4:
Keep G/L as it is at 1.5 MMScfd
Choke will be increased from 60/64 to 80/64
Liquid sampling every 4hours during day shift
Monitoring. Target choke opening 110/64, w/c: 94%
Executed at 10:50.

2.Oyong#5
Choke back from 170/46 to 120/64% to increase FTHP
G/L rate reduce from 2.2 to 2 MMScfd

3.Oyong#9
Choke will be increased from 90/64 to 100/64 to gain ~ 2 MMscfd.

4.Oyong#10
Keep gas rate at max. 5 MMScfd

5.Oyong#6
Keep gas rate at max. 10 MMscfd.

6.FSO SPJ Juanda needs to witness during sampling at SPJ to get accurate PW and Net Oil.
