area yang mengalami kerusakan)

superheater, apabila ditemukan dibawah standar minimum
dilakukan penggantian.
- Penggantian waterwall tube disisi depan manhole (Parsial).
- Penggantian top side boiler horizontal waterwall tube.
- Penggantian waterwall tube belakang (Parsial).
- Penggantian semua pipa embedded (Stock Gudang).
- Pemasangan Jacket pada seluruh pipa (Stock Gudang)
- Periksa, perbaiki dan ganti semua valve drain collector
waterwall.

❖ Mechanical Requirement
- Periksa, pembersihan dan perbaikan pada tube superheater.
- Lakukan thickness pada pipa superheater, ganti jika dibawah

- Penggantian semua jacket pada superheater terpasang
dengan baik.
- Pengecekan dan perbaikan pipa dan header steam
superheater.
- Periksa dan perbaikan semua valve drain collector

pada permukaan pipa.

economizer, ganti apabila dibawah standar.

2. General Recommendations
- Hanya menggunakan “Silicon-free” lubricants pada sisi oli.
- Patuhi semua peraturan pencegahan kecelakaan yang relevan.
- Patuhi semua peraturan pencegahan kebakaran yang relevan.
- Amati sistem identifikasi komponen pabrikan di setiap langkah
perakitan/pembongkaran.
- Sealant berikut yang direkomendasikan:
a) For the steam side : Birkosit.
b) For the oil side : Hylomar.
c) The followings Turbine lubricant is recommended : Pertamina
Turbo Lube 32 ISO VG 32.
d) Oil Trafo ESP : Pertamina Lube A.

- Periksa dan bersihkan belitan rotor ,stator serta filter udara dari
kotoran, akumulasi debu, minyak, dan uap garam.

- Pengecekan semua Valve Drain Bila Passing Ganti (Type

3.2.4 Instrument
Lingkup Pekerjaan Instrument (Lampiran A7) meliputi dan tidak terbatas
pada : DCS (Distributed Control System), DEH (Digital Electro Hydraulic)
system, ETS (Emergency Turbine Tripe System).
1. DCS (Distributed Control System)
❖ DCS system for turbine #1:
Pengecekan DCS system for turbine #1:
a. Kalibrasi SOE (squence of event) system.
b. Periksa dan perbaikan HMI (human machine interface).
c. Penggantian 2 unit Monitor dan 1 unit CPU ( spec sesuai
existing) untuk DCS turbin C/W install software OS XP serta
Hollysys.
❖ DCS for boiler system #1:

a. Melakukan kalibrasi SOE (squence of event) system.

Lingkup Pekerjaan Electrical (Lampiran A6) meliputi dan tidak terbatas
pada : Transformer, DC, UPS, Battery and Acheng Relay.
1. Transformer
a. Lakukan pengujian semua proteksi elektrik pada PMT main trafo sisi
20 kV dan 6,3 kV
b. Test motorize tapping pada trafo 20 kV.
c. Cleaning arrester pada main trafo 20 kV.

V. JAM KERJA
Pelaksana Pekerjaan bekerja selama setiap hari, pada jam kerja yaitu jam 07.00–17.00
WIB di Unit PLTU Tanjung Enim 3x10 MW dan apabila diperlukan waktu kerja diluar jam
kerja normal, pihak pelaksana pekerjaan wajib menyampaikan ke pengawas pekerjaan
(PT. Bukit Asam, Tbk).

6.2 Performance Test
Performance Test harus menunjukkan performa dari plant setelah dilakukan
Pekerjaan Overhaul / Serious Inspection. Durasi pelaksanaan Performance Test
selama 2x24 jam. Tahapan pelaksanaan Performance Test, sebagai berikut:
1. Melakukan uji pembebanan Maximum Capacity Rate (MCR), dengan
pembebanan 50%, 75%, 100%, masing-masing dengan durasi waktu 1 jam,
dengan waktu per 15 menit pengambilan data dalam tiap pembebanan.
2. Melakukan pekerjaan analisa coal (proximate dan ultimate), dan ash (fly ash
dan bottom ash) dari laboratorium pengujian (lembaga bersertifikasi),
Pekerjaan ini harus dilakukan pada masa Overhaul / Serious Inspection.
3. Hasil Performance Test setelah Overhaul / Serious Inspection minimal harus
sama atau meningkat dari hasil Performance Test sebelumnya, meliputi:
a. Generator output
b. Auxiliary Power Consumption
c. Net Plant Heat Rate (HHV Basic)
d. Boiler Efficiency (HHV Basic), Direct Method
VII. DOKUMENTASI
Pelaksana Pekerjaan diwajibkan membuat laporan tertulis dalam bahasa inggris dan
bahasa indonesia meliputi laporan kegiatan harian yang dilengkapi foto-foto kegiatan,
saran dan rekomendasi yang harus segera dilakukan atau ditindaklanjuti untuk
pekerjaan Overhaul / Serious Inspection/Perawatan pada masing-masing komponen
alat.
Pelaksana Pekerjaan wajib menyerahkan beberapa dokumen antara lain:
7.1 Material List
Menyerahkan daftar barang/material list beserta jumlah yang terpasang dalam
bentuk Hard copy dan softcopy. Penyerahan dokumen pada saat serah terima
pakerjaan/penanda tanganan Berita Acara.
7.2 Katalog
Spesifikasi teknis semua peralatan yang dipasang/dipergunakan diserahkan ke PT.
Bukit Asam, Tbk dalam dalam bentuk Hardcopy dan Softcopy. Penyerahan

VIII. PEMBAYARAN
Pembayaran Pekerjaan Serious Inspection (Overhaul / Serious Inspection) dapat
dilakukan sesuai dengan kontrak yang disertai lampiran berita acara serah terima dan
laporan kegiatan yang ditanda tangani oleh pihak yang berwewenang.
X. KESELAMATAN KERJA
Pelaksana Pekerjaan harus melaksanakan program keselamatan kerja kepada
seluruh tenaga kerjanya dan menggunakan APD serta dilengkapi atribut dari
perusahaan untuk tanda pengenal yang dipekerjakan pada proyek ini sesuai dengan
program dan standar keselamatan kerja PT. Bukit Asam, Tbk atau sesuai dengan
peraturan yang berlaku.
Pelaksana Pekerjaan sebelum melaksakan pekerjaan harus mengikuti safety
induction yang diberikan oleh K3L PT. Bukit Asam, Tbk serta membawa surat tugas
dari perusahaan yang bersangkutan.
