• Terapi kiropraksi terbukti dapat menurunkan nyeri haid dan level
plasma prostaglandin selama haid (Fontaine, 2005).
• Minyak lemon thyme mampu membunuh bakteri streptokokus,
stafilokokus dan tuberkulosis (Smith et al., 2004).
• Tanaman lavender dapat mengontrol minyak kulit, sedangkan teh
dapat membersihkan jerawat dan membatasi kekambuhan (Key,
2008).
