Potongan ventrikel lateral (tranventricuer)

• Tengkorak berbentuk bola rugby, bulat di belakang

(oksiput) dan lebih meruncing di depan (sinsiput).
• Garis tengah yang panjang dan sama jauhnya dari echo
tengkorak proksimal dan distal.
• Kavum septum pelusidum membagi garis tengah
sepertiga dari jarak sinsiput ke oksiput.
• Dua kornu anterior dari ventrikel lateral, terletak
simetris di sekitar garis tengah.
• Semua atau sebagian dari kornu posterior dari ventrikel
lateral terletak simetris disekitar garis tengah

 Potongan Thalamus (Transthalamus)
• Tengkorak berbentuk bola rugby, bulat di
belakang (oksiput) dan lebih runcing didepan
(sinsiput)
• Garis tengah yang pendek dan sama panjangnya
dari echo tengkorak proksimal dan distal
• Kavum septum pelusidum membagi garis
tengah sepertiga dari jarak sinsiput ke oksiput
• Tampak Thalamus dan sisterna basalis
