Transaksi strategis perusahaan berkaitan dengan

restrukturisasi perusahaan. Restrukturisasi yang berarti
penyusunan ulang perusahaan. Apakah yang perlu
disusun ulang? Secara umum ada tiga hal yang perlu
disusun ulang. Pertama, perusahaan dapat menyusun
ulang portofolii perusahaan. Kedua, perusahaan dapat
melakukan restrukturisasi modal. Dan ketiga,
perusahaan juga dapat melakukan penyusunan ulang
manajemen.
