●Dua orang siswa kelas VIII sepanjang pelajaran di kelas, apabila

ada kesempatan selalu berdua ‘pacaran’
●Siswa kelas IX yang ‘pacaran’ di lingkungan sekolah
●Siswa kelas IX yang masuk dalam pergaulan bebas
●Ditemukan konten pornografi dalam handphone siswa

• Teman sebaya, Remaja bersedia untuk diajak
melakukan tindakan menyimpang sebagai upaya
agar diterima dalam kelompoknya (Sari, 2020)
• Norma keluarga, berupa sikap orang tua yang
permisif memicu remaja melakukan hubungan
seksual di usia muda (Alfiyah, 2018)
• Konten Pornografi, Faktor penyebab yang paling
banyak memicu perilaku seksual pranikah remaja
adalah menonton konten pornografi di internet
(Nababan & da Cunha, 2020)
• Rendahnya pengetahuan akan kesehatan
reproduksi dan seksualitas, Penyebab remaja
melakukan tindakan seksual pranikah karena
rendahnya pengetahuan akan kesehatan reproduksi
dan seksualitas yang diikuti dengan sikap seksual
remaja yang negatif (Brillian, 2021)
Faktor Internal
Alasan Cinta, Alasan yang paling banyak
diungkapkan remaja melakukan hubungan seks
pranikah karena adanya dorongan cinta sehingga
tumbuh minat atau keinginan untuk melakukannya
bersama pasangan (Habte, 2018).
• Dorongan biologis dan ketidakmanpuan
mengontrolnya, Faktor yang berpengaruh langsung
pada seks pranikah remaja adalah kontrol perilaku
dan niat (Tarmidi, 2018)
• Satus Pacaran, Status berpacaran menjadi
penyebab remaja melakukan tindakan seks
pranikah (Harnani et al., 2018)
• Sebagaimana penelitian (Habte, 2018)
remaja yang memiliki pacar memiliki risiko
lebih tinggi untuk berhubungan seks pranikah.
Prognosis
● Memberikan Pendidikan Seks yang Komprehensif, Bila tidak diberikan secara komprehensif, bukan mustahil
jika anak dapat terjebak dalam tindak perilaku seksual yang tidak sehat, Perilaku seksual yang tidak sehat
tersebut dapat menimbulkan berbagai risiko seperti penyakit menular seksual, kehamilan dini, putus
sekolah, terlibat dalam perilaku kriminal, dan menjadi incaran kekerasan seksual. (

● Berikut aspek pengetahuan yang dapat dimuat dalam kurikulum pendidikan seksualitas di sekolah: 
1. Relasi dengan orang lain (konteks keluarga, sekolah, dan komunitas)
2. Nilai-nilai kehidupan, kebudayaan, hak, kewajiban, seksualitas
3. Pemahaman gender
4. Kekerasan dan strategi proteksi
5. Keterampilan untuk gaya hidup sehat dan sejahtera
6. Perkembangan manusia dan tugas perkembangan 
7. Seksualitas dan perilaku seksual
8. Seksualitas dan kesehatan reproduksi
 Prognosis
● Meningkatkan kemampuan kontrol diri remaja dengan pendidikan kesehatan terintegrasi (Novianty, 2015).
Peningkatan kontrol diri dilakukan melalui penyatuan pendidikan kesehatan reproduksi dengan pendidikan
agama. Diharapkan materi kesehatan dan agama dapat mencegah seks pranikah karena dorongan seksual
pasti akan dirasakan oleh setiap individu pada fase remaja.

● Selain pendidikan untuk pencegahan kasus seks pranikah, penanganan kuratif juga perlu dilakukan yaitu
melalui konseling.
 Cognitive behavior modification yang dikombinasikan dengan expressive writing dapat mengurangi
perilaku seksual pranikah pada siswa SMK (Nadiarenita, 2021)
 Intervensi IMB (Information, Motivation, and Behavior Skill ) efektif mencegah remaja melakukan
tindakan seksual pranikah(Suwarni, 2017).
 Intervensi cognitif behavior efektif untuk meningkatkan sikap asertif perempuan yang menunjukkan
kepatuhan melakukan hubungan seks pranikah (Kristanti, 2019) .

Adapun Teknik yang dapat digunakan:
 Cognitive behavior modification yang dikombinasikan dengan expressive writing dapat
mengurangi perilaku seksual pranikah pada siswa SMK (Nadiarenita, 2021)
 Intervensi IMB (Information, Motivation, and Behavior Skill) efektif mencegah remaja
melakukan tindakan seksual pranikah(Suwarni, 2017).
 Intervensi cognitif behavior efektif untuk meningkatkan sikap asertif perempuan yang
menunjukkan kepatuhan melakukan hubungan seks pranikah (Kristanti, 2019) .

emosional, fisik dan sosial dari seksualitas. Ini bertujuan untuk membekali
anak-anak dan remaja dengan pengetahuan, keterampilan, sikap dan nilai-
nilai yang akan memberdayakan mereka untuk: mewujudkan kesehatan,
kesejahteraan dan martabat mereka; mengembangkan hubungan sosial dan
seksual yang saling menghormati; mempertimbangkan bagaimana pilihan
mereka mempengaruhi kesejahteraan mereka sendiri dan orang lain; dan,
memahami dan memastikan perlindungan hak-hak mereka sepanjang hidup
mereka.
