I. Pembukaan
Coaching adalah kegiatan/tindakan mengenai perubahan dan transformasi mengenai
kemampuan individu/tim untuk tumbuh, merubah perilaku yang menghalangi kemajuan,
untuk melahirkan perilaku serta tindakan baru.
Proses Coaching yang baik adalah mampu mempersiapkan individu/tim yang dibina mampu
berkreasi atau beradaptasi serta siap menghadapi situasi di lapangan/keadaan yang
sebenarnya pada saat coach tidak ada disampingnya.
