Abstrak
Sel merupakan kesatuan struktur fisiologis yang terkecil dalam organisme hidup. Sel tumbuhan
terdiri dari protoplasma yang dikelilingi oleh dinding sel. Praktikum yang berjudul “Sel” ini telah
dilaksanaakan pada tanggal 16 Oktober 2019 di Laboratorium Pendidikan Biologi FKIP Universitas Syiah
Kuala. Praktikum ini bertujuan untuk mengamati aliran sitoplasma, kromoplas, kloroplas, amilum dan
aleuron. Sebelum melakukan praktikum terlebih dahulu dikumpulkan beberapa bahan yang diperlukan
seperti Hidrilla verticilliata, Daucus carota, Solanum tuberosum, Ricinus communis. Setelah melakukan
praktikum mendapatkan hasil bahwa pada Hidrilla verticilliata terdapat aliran sitoplasma, pada Daucus
carota terdapat klomoplas, pada Solanum tuberosum terdapat butir amilum, pada Ricinus communis
terdapat butir aleuron.
Kata Kunci: Aliran sitoplasma, amilum, kloroplas, hilus.

Abstract
Cells are the smallest physiological structure in living organisms. Plant cells consist of protoplasm
surrounded by cell walls. The practicum entitled "Cells" was held on October 16, 2019 at the Biology
Education Laboratory of FKIP Syiah Kuala University. This practicum aims to observe the flow of
cytoplasm, chromoplast, chloroplast, starch and aleuron. Before conducting the practicum, some necessary
materials are collected, such as Hidrilla verticilliata, Daucus carota, Solanum tuberosum, Ricinus
communis. After doing the practicum, it was obtained that in Hidrilla verticilliata there was a cytoplasmic
flow, in Daucus carota there was a clomoplasts, in Solanum tuberosum there were starch grains, in Ricinus
communis there were aleuron grains.
