RESEP

Bahan-bahan :

1. Bahan Bubur :

2. 1 mangkuk kecil beras

3. 1 bh Labu kuning dikupas dan potong2

4. 3 bh jagung muda di serut

5. 3 bh singkong atau ubi dikupas potong2 kecil

6. serei digeprek

7. Daun kunyit jika ada

8. Bahan Pelengkap :

9. 1 ikat sayur kangkung

10. 1 ikat bayam hijau

11. jika ada sayur gedi(khas manado)silakan ditambhkan

12. Daun kemangi

13. Garam,masako ayam

14. 2-3 btr bawang putih dihaluskan

Langkah-Langkah :

1. Rebus air hingga mendidih Cuci bersih semua bahan-bahan,singkong di potong-potong


kecil untuk Labu direbus di wadah lain hingga lunak,masukkan ke dalam blender,blender semua
labu hingga halus.

2. Cuci beras dan masukkan ke air yang sedang mendidih,masukkan serei sambil di aduk-
aduk Masukkan jagung

3. Tunggu jika beras sudah mulai berbentuk bubur masukkan singkong sambil di aduk-aduk
hingga singkong benar-benar lembut, tuang labu yg sudah di blender tadi

4. Tumis bawang putih dengan sedikit minyak sampai harum baru masukkan kedalam bubur
dan beri garam, penyedap rasa ayam sesuai selera
5. Masukkan sayur-sayuran dan daun kunyit yang sudah dicuci bersih dan dipotong-potong
ke dalam bubur sambil di aduk-aduk jangan terlalu lama

6. Sebagai pelengkap bisa memakai telur rebus,ikan tongkol rebus suwir dengan tahu
goreng, dan sambal terasi atau sambal roa, serta ikan nike yang dibuat perkedel.

Steps:

Bahan-bahan (25-30 buah)

1. 250 gram Ikan Nike


2. 1/4 kg Tepung Terigu
3. 4 siung Bawang Putih
4. 2 btg Daun Bawang (sesuai selera)
5. 2 lembar Daun Jeruk

7. secukupnya Garam
8. secukupnya Penyedap Rasa
9. secukupnya Lada Bubuk

Langkah (35 menit)

1. Ulek bawang putih, sisihkan.


2. Cincang daun bawang dan daun jeruk sisihkan.
3. Buat adonan dengan mencampurkan tepung terigu dan air secukupnya. Lalu, masukkan
ikan nike, daun bawang, dan bawang putih. Aduk rata.
4. Campurkan penyedap rasa, daun jeruk, garam, dan lada bubuk, aduk. (Atur rasanya
sesuai selera)
5. Goreng perkedel.
6. Perkedel Ikan Nike siap dihidangkan.

Ingredients (25-30 pieces)

1.250 gram Nike Fish

2.1/4 kg Wheat flour

3.4 cloves garlic

4.2 BTG green onion (to taste)

5.2 pieces of orange leaves
