Oralit Zinc Makan Antibiotik Nasihat
Untuk Mengurangi Teruskan Selektif Segera kembali
mencegah parahnya diare, pemberian ASI Antibiotik diberi ke petugas
dehidrasi mengurangi pada bayi 0-6 hanya pada kesehatan jika
durasi dan bulan. Balita > 6 penyakit kolera, menemukan
mencegah bulan, berikan diare berdarah tanda bahaya
berulangnya ASI dan MP ASI.

Oralit
● Merupakan campuran garam
elektrolit.
● Manfaat → mengganti cairan
tubuh yang terbuang saat BAB
● Campuran gula dan garam yang
terkandung dalam oralit dapat
diserap dengan baik oleh usus

 Cara Memberikan Oralit
1. Berikan dengan sendok atau gelas
2. Berikan sedikit-sedikit sampai habis, atau
hingga anak tidak kelihatan haus
3. Bila muntah, dihentikan sekitar 10 menit,
kemudian lanjutkan dengan sabar sesendok
setiap 2 atau 3 menit
4. Walau diare berlanjut, ORALIT tetap
diteruskan
5. Bila larutan ORALIT pertama habis, buatkan
satu gelas larutan ORALIT berikutnya.

 Zinc
● Zinc terbukti baik dan aman untuk pengobatan diare.
● 20% lebih cepat sembuh jika anak diare diberi ZINC
(Penelitian di India)
● 20% risiko diare lebih dari 7 hari berkurang
● 18% – 59% mengurangi jumlah tinja
● Mengurangi risiko diare berikutnya 2-3 bulan ke depan.
● ZINC tersedia di beberapa tempat seperti: Puskesmas,
Apotek, Rumah Sakit
● Tersedia dalam bentuk tablet, bubuk, sirup

Cara Pemberian Zinc
● Pastikan semua anak yang menderita diare mendapat obat
ZINC selama 10 (sepuluh) hari berturut-turut
● Larutkan tablet dalam 1 sendok air minum atau ASI (tablet
mudah larut kira-kira 30 detik, segera berikan ke anak)
● Bila anak muntah sekitar setengah jam setelah pemberian
obat ZINC, ulangi pemberian dengan cara potongan lebih
kecil dilarutkan beberapa kali hingga 1 dosis penuh
● Bila anak menderita dehidrasi berat dan memerlukan
cairan infus, tetap berikan obat ZINC segera setelah anak
bisa minum atau makan

 Memberi Makanan
● Berikan ASI lebih sering dan lebih lama (bayi 0–
24 bulan)
● Berikan makanan sesuai umur lebih sering,
sedikit-sedikit, lebih bervariasi, lebih lembut
sejak bayi berusia 6 bulan
● Ibu kembali menyusui eksklusif, karena ASI
memiliki antibodi yang penting untuk
meningkatkan kekebalan tubuh bayi, disarankan
kepada ibu untuk melanjutkan peran ASI hingga
anak berusia 24 bulan
